Creator of Zentasmic Harmony
Kristen Lutjen, M.A.T.P., B.Ed.
Transpersonal Psychologist, Spiritual Mentor, Educator, Writer
An educator by trade, I spent two decades as an elementary and middle school teacher with an approach rooted in attending to the whole child. As a classroom teacher, my mission was to build and maintain strong communities of learning where my students felt valued, supported, and empowered in their pursuit of gaining skills and knowledge. Additional leadership roles in education included mentoring new and intern teachers, writing curriculum, and facilitating staff development in the areas of civics education, arts integration, and cultural proficiency.
In addition to my teaching degree, I earned a graduate certificate in Transformational Leadership and Social Change from MUIH and hold a degree in the Master of Arts in Transpersonal Psychology with a specialization in Leadership and Conflict Transformation from Atlantic University. Both programs were a wonderful blend of the contemplative and collaborative, helping me to further hone my listening and communication skills as a healing presence in my interactions and relationships with others.
Reflective and introspective by nature, I enjoy time spent in contemplation and attending to my mental and spiritual health, which includes different forms of meditation and mindfulness practices, dream analysis, and tarot card readings. With a passion for writing and sharing information as well as my own experiences, I am a contributing writer for IndigoBlue Magazine and have created Zentasmic Harmony to be a sacred space for working with and supporting others through personal growth and transformation.
