Creator of Zentasmic Harmony
Kristen Lutjen, M.A.T.P, B.Ed.
Transpersonal Psychologist, Educator, Writer
Once upon a time, she frolicked with fairies in the imagination of childhood adventures. Through playful invitation, her magic continues...

Kristen inquires and inspires to transform the mundane into powerful discoveries.
Spending two decades as an elementary/middle school teacher with an approach rooted in attending to the whole child, Kristen's mission as a classroom teacher was to build and maintain strong communities of learning where students felt valued, supported, and empowered in their pursuit of learning. Today, she continues this mission outside of the classroom in her work as a transpersonal psychologist, working with groups and individuals on their quest for personal insight, growth, and transformation.
Introspective by nature, Kristen enjoys time spent in contemplation, which includes different forms of meditation and mindfulness practices, dream analysis, and tarot card readings. She also holds a degree in the Master of Arts in Transpersonal Psychology with a specialization in Leadership and Conflict Transformation from Atlantic University in addition to teaching degree.
With a passion for writing about the transpersonal, Kristen was a contributing writer for IndigoBlue Magazine and has created Zentasmic Harmony to be a sacred space for supporting others in their journey of personal growth and transformation.
